A bowl of hawaiian big eye tuna tossed raw with coconut milk, ginger & chili, served with crisp wonton chips. The tuna was delicious with the perfect amount of spice, I just wish there were more wonton chips. Cubed beef tenderloin seared with soy, garlic & onions; served with a watercress & mizuna salad. The best part is the tenderness and the flavor of this dish. Crisp tofu wok tossed with garlic & basil in a seasoned soy sauce; finished with crisp basil. Perfect if you love deep fried tofu mixed with basil. Lemongrass & garlic sea bass served with a cold mango & cilantro noodle salad. The sea bass was perfectly prepared, crispy on the outside, and flaky and juicy on the inside.
Shredded green papaya tossed with basil & served with dried shredded beef. I'm not usually a fan of salad, but this appetizer was unique. The papaya in this dish (looks like sliced onions) were mildly flavored, but came with a good crunch with every bite. Peeled dungeness crab wok-fired with glass noodles, garlic, ginger & soy sauce; finished with chinese celery. This had a very generous portion of shredded crab to go with the large plate of glass noodles.
