A thick noodle with bits of pork. Not too salty, and had good flavor. The serving size of the noodle was perfect to share with two, with one other side dish. A plate of 8 potstickers. They look perfect on the outside. On the inside, they're full of hot juice, though the juice isn't very fatty, nor flavorful. The skin was surprisingly thick.
