Crispy T and T's with a Lemon Aioli. While tasting all that spicy, it wasn't very crispy either. Not incredibly impressed with this appetizer. A bowl of miso soup, with crispy rice. The rice was extremely crispy, and tasty when soaked in. It did not sizzle like I would have expected. If I were to order this again, I'd probably just get the plain miso soup. Diced tuna, salmon, and hamachi, and tomato topped with crab and avocado. Nori chips on the side. One of the better appetizers ordered for dinner, it was a refreshing change from standard ceviches, with only one fish. Crispy Tofu tossed in sweet chili sauce. Another one of the better appetizers, the tofu was crispy, and a perfect combination with the sweet chili sauce.
Over chinese vegetables and cilantro-soy vinaigrette. This was a hearty two pieces of sea bass with char siu. I usually love sea bass, but I think the char siu sauce (usually used on pork) may have been overpowering for the fish. Because it is so overpowering, this dish is better over a bowl of rice.
