Marinated and grilled beef cooked, that was much too overcooked. Served with a chicken tamale and warm flour tortillas, refried beans, rice, salsa and guacamole. Chicken burrito with refried beans, seared peppers and onions, and shredded cheese topped with a traditional Guajillo sauce. For an amusement park, this plate was large and filling.
