Dim Sum King

An order of turnip cake. There were 3 very large pieces of this in an order. Like usual, it was quite greasy. However, when compared to other dim sum restaurants and store bought, it tasted very good. It also had slices of tender turnip that enhanced the flavor. In an order of three, these were densely packed, but not very flavorful. I've had better Siu Mai at other dim sum restaurants around Sunnyvale. One of the staples of dim sum, the Har Gow at this takeout restaurant was much smaller than what is found at a Dim Sum restaurant. The taste was high quality and not too greasy too. Had this one for the first time. I've never had a dumpling stuff with spinach and a piece of shrimp. that being said, it was unique, and still good.
An order of pork spareribs was a must. Though it was still greasy, there was more meat on the bone when compared to restaurants. The meat used here is good quality and I highly recommend an order of this dish. An order of chicken feet. Compared to other dim sum restaurants, this dish was huge. I was eating these forever, and they were good too. Sometimes at the restaurant, they've been sitting in the cart so long that they're dried out. This was one was perfect (if you like it to begin with)! I've never known the name of this, but it's a sweet airy dessert that I've have always loved to eat as a dessert. And to be fair, I've never had one I don't like. This one was no different.
