A mix of beef cubes and quartered mushrooms with bell peppers. Comes with a side of rice. When I eat at Vietnamese restaurants, I order the pho 95% of the time. I decided to try a different dish and it was delicious! A very standard rare steak pho. Not sure if they used MSG, but the flavor was bland and watery.
