Simmer slices of black cod over sliced turnips in spicy sauce. Fish was good, a bit fishy, but okay for me. Be warned the slices of fish have lots of bones. Korea soft tofu with dumplings. There's a cracked egg in the middle. The soup base was not thick. Simple flavor. The selection of appetizers at Shu's Korean Restaurant. Eggs, Kimchi, salad, spicy cucumber, and more. Probably one of my favorite feature of the Korean cuisine.
