According to the menu, this is homemade tofu. But it's not any regular tofu, which is made of soybeans. This appetizer is made with yellow bean. The inside is perfectly soft and the outside is crispy. A unique dish! The word stew in the title really threw us off, but this felt more like a curry (ordered a side of jasmine rice). The pumpkin is as expected from any restaurant. The pork was fall apart soft. Perfectly cooked. Braised chicken leg. It looks like a large entree, but there are bones. The chicken was cooked tender. Unfortunately, not one of my favorites of the night.
