Sushi roll sliced, arranged in a pile, and covered in spicy sauce and roe. A whole squid, grilled, and sliced! Nice knowing this wasn't pre-made somewhere, you get every piece of the squid. An uni shot... only my second time trying uni, but as a mix of items, uni is much easier to eat.
